1. About the operator

The site is operated by Mr. Pop Marian-Viorel, a natural person, owner of Giant Elbrus kennel, FCI registration number 3286, based at Str. Izvorului nr. 2, Ocna Șugatag, Maramureș county, postal code 437205, Romania.

2. Purpose of the site

giantelbrus.ro is an online showcase of the Giant Elbrus kennel, designed to present our breeding work, our dogs, and information about the Caucasian Shepherd.

The site has no e-commerce functionality. No reservations, payments, or sales are concluded directly through the site.

3. How a puppy is acquired

Interest in a puppy is expressed through the contact form, email, or phone. We start with a preliminary conversation about the buyer, the living conditions awaiting the dog, and whether the breed is a good fit.

If the preliminary conversation goes well, the next step is a visit to the kennel. Puppies are handed over in person, at the kennel, only after a sales contract is signed and the agreed price is paid.

We do not ship puppies by courier, we do not sell without a prior meeting with the buyer, and we do not place puppies younger than 8 weeks — in line with responsible breeding practice.

4. Intellectual property

All images, text, logos and materials published on the site are the exclusive property of Giant Elbrus kennel or used with the owner's permission. Reproduction, modification, redistribution or commercial use without the operator's written consent is prohibited.

Linking to individual pages on the site is allowed, provided the link gives proper credit to Giant Elbrus.

5. Accuracy of information

We make every effort to keep the information about our dogs, pedigrees, show results and puppy availability accurate and up to date.

That said, the site is a showcase. Specific details (exact birth date of a litter, sex, actual availability) are always confirmed in direct conversation with the operator.

6. Limitation of liability

The operator is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information on the site without direct contact. A conversation and a kennel visit should come before any commitment.

We do not provide veterinary advice through the site. For a dog's medical concerns, please consult a qualified veterinarian.

7. Cookies and personal data

Using the site implies acceptance of the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, both linked in the footer of every page.

8. Dispute resolution

Any disagreement is first addressed amicably, through direct conversation with the operator.

9. Governing law

This site and any legal relationship arising from its use are governed by Romanian law. The competent courts for any dispute are those at the operator's registered address.
